How to connect your DDX scanner to TSD

• Using a web browser, go to  www.ddxdental.com to access your practice’s portal

• Click in the “Go To My Partner/Named Lab” menu

• Click the plus sign next to the “Labs”

• Under the search, type “Team Solutions” into the name field

• Under “Results”, click the “arrow” on the far right next to Team Solutions Dental Lab to “Request an Account”

• Click “Request Account”

• Confirm under “Lab Details”

• Call the lab at (407) 542-1552 to let us know a DDX request has been sent
