Jason Borden

Jason Borden started at entry level with Team Solutions as the first Orlando area courier, two months after the lab opened. He brought to the position over ten years of experience in intra-city courier fleet management, with six of those years focused on servicing dental practices for a large dental lab. While on the delivery route for the fledgling Team Solutions, Jason started paying visits to prospective client practices.

With his steadfast refusal to behave like a pushy salesperson, he built relationships in practices all over Central Florida. He learned about their needs, what they like about labs and what challenges they experience, and what mattered to everybody in the office, not just the doctor. His simple, earnest, and thorough approach led to explosive growth for the lab, and for Jason himself, as he rose to Director of Business Development. In this role, he continues to engage with new customers, while also designing the systems and mentoring the people who deliver Team Solutions’ renowned customer service.

Away from the lab, Jason enjoys audio books, lifting weights, and producing original music.
