Remake Policy & Intent

When a case must be returned to the lab for any type of rework, it is a burden to all of us. We want to eliminate this from happening wherever possible. Because of the complex nature of dentistry and the unique characteristics of every case, remakes can never be 100% eliminated. After all, we are working in a dynamic environment, performing custom manufacturing with accuracy on a microscopic level.
